Present Perfect Continuous Tense
✅ Definition
The Present Perfect Continuous Tense is used to describe an action that started in the past and is still continuing or has recently stopped, but its effect is still visible in the present.

> ऐसा कार्य जो अतीत में शुरू हुआ था और अभी भी चल रहा है या अभी-अभी रुका है, लेकिन उसका प्रभाव वर्तमान में है।
✍️ Examples with Hindi–English Translation with Rules :
✅ 1. Affirmative Sentences
He / She / It / Ram has been working
I / We / You / They have been playing
Since – exact point of time (e.g., 5 AM, Monday, 2010)
For – duration of time (e.g., 2 hours, 3 days, 5 years)
Structure:
👉 Subject + has/have + been + V1 + ing + (since/for time)
I have been studying since morning.
मैं सुबह से पढ़ाई कर रहा हूँ।
She has been working here for five years.
वह यहाँ पाँच साल से काम कर रही है
They have been playing cricket for 2 hours.
वे दो घंटे से क्रिकेट खेल रहे हैं।
We have been waiting for you.
हम तुम्हारा इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं।
He has been learning English since 2020.
वह 2020 से अंग्रेज़ी सीख रहा है।

🧠 Tips to Remember:
WH-word comes first
Followed by has/have + subject + been
Main verb is always in V1 + ing
Use since/for for time reference
